Terms of use
What you get
When you buy a TagSquad tag, you pay once for the tag, its contact page and hosting. There's no subscription. Text alerts are included up to 5 a month; email alerts are unlimited.
Using your tag
- Only put information on a tag page that you're happy for anyone who scans it to see.
- Don't use TagSquad to harass anyone or for anything unlawful. We may switch off tags that are misused.
- A TagSquad tag satisfies the name-and-address tag the law requires on a dog's collar once it's engraved; see the details.
Engraving and returns
Engraving your name and address is free and done before the tag reaches you, so check your details before you send or give them to us: it can't be corrected created. Engraved tags are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged. Engraved tags are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel a distance or off-premises purchase doesn't apply to them (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b): personalised goods). Everything else about your order, including the tag and its service, is covered as normal.
Finders
We pass on messages but can't guarantee how or when an owner replies. Never pay or share bank details to return an item.
Changes and closure
If we ever close, we'll follow our promise, including 90 days' notice.
