Our promise: your tags keep working

A tag is only useful if it works years from now. Here's how we make sure it does.

• Your tags point at our own domain (tagsquad.co.uk), not at a third-party service, so we can keep them working whoever hosts the site.
• Edit any time. Your details live on the page the tag points to, so you can change them without rewriting the tag.
• Take your details with you. From your dashboard you can download a contact card (vCard) and a simple info page for each tag, and export all your data.
• If we ever close, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice, send you your data, and give you instructions (or a service) to rewrite your tags to point somewhere else.
• The tag itself outlasts any of this. Its QR code is engraved into the metal, not printed, so it stays scannable regardless of what happens to the site behind it.
